About us

We are a family of 4, Paul, Gaëlle and their two daughters, Line and Mado (6 and 4 years old), delighted to welcome you to Villa Lazuel, anyone wishing to discover or rediscover the Ardèche.

We will be able to guide you in the choice of your activities, restaurants, addresses to know and good Ardéchois tips. We know the region well and have many walks to recommend. Cyclists, mountain bikers and all green leisure enthusiasts will be happy to walk our trails. Possibility on request to park in a garage: bicycles, motorcycles, trailer...

They will not give you their mushroom corners, but remain quite corruptible with a few candies...

Rules

Rules Payment of 30% upon reservation and 70% before arrival. Bail A deposit check of 1000€ will be requested during the inventory of fixtures of entry, and returned during the inventory of fixtures of exit. Pets We are happy to welcome your pets, and do not charge any extra for this, provided that they do not swim in the pool, and that the droppings are picked up. All bedding is also prohibited. Respect for the neighborhood It is important to respect and promote the calm that reigns in the neighborhood. We do not accept parties that could be noisy and disturbing for the neighborhood. No noise pollution after 10 p.m. please. Swimming pool and responsibility The swimming pool enclosure is present on the swimming pool from mid-September to mid-June. It is then used to guarantee comfortable swimming depending on the weather. In addition, when present, it is also used to secure the pool. Access to it is through the two sliding openings that can be locked. You are responsible for the proper use of the shelter to guarantee the safety of all occupants of the villa. When the shelter is not installed on the pool, the safety device is a perimeter alarm. This must be deactivated before access to the pool using a magnetic key. The alarm then automatically restarts after 1.5 hours if the infrared field is no longer cut off during this time. See Swimming Pool Alarm Manual in Appendix. Continuous monitoring of the pool when children are present is still mandatory, as the alarm is not sufficient to avoid the risk of drowning
